Pulte Homes Starts Development of Gated Neighborhood with 150 Single-Family Home sites in North Naples

NAPLES, Fla. --- Pulte Homes has started development of Camden Lakes, a gated neighborhood with 150 single-family home sites in North Naples on Livingston Road between Bonita Beach and Immokalee Roads just south of North Naples Middle School. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for Pulte’s South Florida Division, said the 60-acre site will accommodate 150 new two, three and four-bedroom homes along with a community clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, a community meeting room, swimming pool, fire pit, basketball half-court and a play field. “This is the latest of fantastic locations for Pulte Homes. North Naples is one of the fastest growing areas in Southwest Florida with close proximity to shopping, easy access to Southwest Florida International, and top-rated Collier County schools. We are excited to deliver another first class community that will appeal to many lifestyles,” said Mairn. Pulte Homes recently acquired the site. Sales of the new homes are expected to start this summer.

RHODES+BRITO NAMES NEW PROJECT ARCHITECT

ORLANDO, Fla. – Rhodes+Brito Architects recently named Adel Shalaby Project Architect for the firm. Ruffin Rhodes, AIA, co-founder of the Orlando based architectural firm, said Shalaby graduated from the University of Cairo in Egypt with his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and earned his Master’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Florida. Shalaby is a registered Architect and NCARB Certified in addition to being a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He has more than 14 years of experience in the architectural field and will lead BIM management/policies for Rhodes+Brito.
