VILLAGEWALK AT LAKE NONA ANNOUNCES MEN’S USTA TENNIS LEAGUE
LAKE NONA, FLA. -- VillageWalk at Lake Nona recently announced that its men’s 2012 USTA Tennis Team has formed for the season which officially started Feb 18.
The local matches will be held at the VillageWalk tennis court Saturdays at 9 a.m. until the season officially ends June 25.
Last season, the VillageWalk men’s USTA tennis team earned the Central Florida Championship and was a finalist in the USTA Florida Sectional Championship.
The VillageWalk residents who are active in this year’s tennis 2012 USTA Tennis season are; Fernando Colón - Team Captain, Pedro Estrada - Team Co-Captain, Harry Fauquyer, Carlos Soto, Gaurang Gandhi, Eduardo Jímenez, Daniel Coelho, Spencer Rodgers, Leyzer Topel, José Said and Milad Khorrami.

University Club of Orlando sets Golf Tournament April 17 to Benefit Scholarship Fund
ORLANDO, Fla. --- The University Club of Orlando will host a golf tournament starting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 17 to MetroWest Golf Club.
Justin Wright, general manager of the University Club of Orlando, said proceeds from the golf play will support the scholarship fund of The University Club of Orlando Foundation.

Lennar to Host St. Patty’s Day in the park on Saturday, March 17 at Emerson Park in Apopka

“We’ll have Irish food and refreshments, Irish music and dancing, face painting, and a kids “Pot of Gold” contest with prizes,” Metheny said.
Metheny added the event is the last chance for potential home buyers to take advantage of Lennar’s Grand Opening savings offers on town homes, executive and estate homes priced from the $120s.
Emerson Park’s amenities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped kitchen, swimming pool, children’s playground and ampitheater. Lennar is in the process of refurnishing the clubhouse to include a fitness center, pool table, hockey table, game tables and a media room.
