ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar will host St. Patty’s Day in the Park with plenty of food, fun and festivities Saturday, March 17 at Emerson Park, located off Ocoee-Apopka Road near S.R. 429.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the event is free and open to the public from 1 to 3 p.m.
“We’ll have Irish food and refreshments, Irish music and dancing, face painting, and a kids “Pot of Gold” contest with prizes,” Metheny said.
Metheny added the event is the last chance for potential home buyers to take advantage of Lennar’s Grand Opening savings offers on town homes, executive and estate homes priced from the $120s.
Emerson Park’s amenities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped kitchen, swimming pool, children’s playground and ampitheater. Lennar is in the process of refurnishing the clubhouse to include a fitness center, pool table, hockey table, game tables and a media room.
