JACKSONVILLE, FLA. -- Pulte Homes recently started construction of one townhome building and will break ground on another in November at Flagler Station located on Woody Vine Drive in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Pulte’s North Florida Division, said both new buildings offer six two-story townhomes with two-car garages.
The first new building already underway at Flagler Station will be completed in February and the second building that gets underway next month will be ready sometime in April, Strickler said.
“Flagler Station’s popular location has a blend of privacy, with almost every residence on a conservation area or pond, and convenience as its just minutes from recreation, shopping and dining,” Strickler added.
The new three-bedroom townhomes at Flagler Station, with two-and-a-half baths are designed in sizes of 2,010 square feet of living area and 2,369 square feet, priced from the mid $170s.
Residents of Flagler Station enjoy the community’s swimming pool and fitness center.
Strickler said Pulte is constructing over 40 new townhomes at each of four more Jacksonville-area communities within next six months.

Heritage Isle Hosts Fundraiser Pink Martini Reception to Raise Funds for Breast Cancer Research
VIERA, Fla. --- Heritage Isle, the award winning active adult community at Viera in Brevard County, recently hosted a Pink Martini reception to raise funds for breast cancer research.
Sara Nakamine, marketing spokesperson for Lennar’s active adult division, which is developing Heritage Isle, said more than 200 residents attended the Pink Martini reception and over $4,000 was raised. The guests heard Dr. Richard Levine, president of the Space Coast Cancer Society speak.
“The turnout was excellent, Dr. Levine was very informative and inspirational and we all got a lot out of this,” Nakamine said.
