Beazer Homes to Host Grand Opening to Showcase New Model Home at Woodland Lakes Preserve in East Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Beazer Homes will host a grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 5 to showcase a new single-family model home at Woodland Lakes Preserve, located on Balsam Willow Trail off Curry Ford Road just south of Alafaya Trail in east Orlando.

Theresa Tilton, Vice President of sales at Beazer Homes in the Orlando region, said the event, scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m., will feature Beazer’s “High Performance Home,” free food and beverages, entertainment and prizes.

Vendors participating in the event are Del-Air, Eden Landscape, Builders First Source, Northwest Plumbing, American Residential Plumbing, Whirlpool and SkyTec

Beazer Homes is building three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at Woodland Lakes Preserve that range in size from 1,603 square feet of living space to 3,326 square feet priced from the $190s.

Woodland Lakes Preserve features a community center with a swimming pool and children’s playground.

Tilton said new homes at Woodland Lakes Preserve can include Beazer’s Energy Star® package of energy-saving appliances and design features that help lower energy bills and improve indoor air quality, comfort and safety.

Beazer Homes will include a free EnergyStar® package on new homes that sell at Woodland Lakes Preserve by Dec. 15.
