VIERA, Fla. --- Heritage Isle, the award winning active adult community at Viera in Brevard County, recently hosted a Pink Martini reception to raise funds for breast cancer research.
Sara Nakamine, marketing spokesperson for Lennar’s active adult division, which is developing Heritage Isle, said more than 200 residents attended the Pink Martini reception and over $4,000 was raised. The guests heard Dr. Richard Levine, president of the Space Coast Cancer Society speak.
“The turnout was excellent, Dr. Levine was very informative and inspirational and we all got a lot out of this,” Nakamine said.
