ABD Model Homes at Heritage Green in Providence in Polk County in final stages of completion

PROVIDENCE, Fla. – ABD Development Company reports that construction of two model homes at Heritage Green in Providence, the luxury golf course community ABD is developing South of Orlando off US 17-92, is nearing completion.

David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, said the Portofino luxury model home offering four bedrooms and three baths in 2,673 square feet of living space with a lanai and a two-car garage is near completion and will be ready for viewing early next year.

The home is priced from $360,000.

The two story Courtyard II model home offers four bedrooms three-and-a-half baths and a loft in 2,684 square feet of living space with a lanai and two-car garage priced from the high $300s.

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects awarded contracts for two industrial projects in Orlando, Illinois

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Cuhaci & Peterson Architects LLC, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, has been awarded contracts for the engineering design of two industrial projects — one in Orlando and the other in Illinois.

Lonnie Peterson, chairman at Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, said the one industrial project is located off Jet Stream Drive and Landstar Blvd. in Orlando and the other industrial project is located on Glen Ellyn in Glendale Heights, Ill.

The industrial facilities are 15,000 square feet each, and are being developed by Becknell Development.

Brian Kittle, Director of Sales for Meritage Homes, Honored by HBA

ORLANDO, Fla. – Brian Kittle, director of sales for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region has been honored by the Homebuilders Assn. of Mid-Florida as its “Sales Director of the Year.”

Kittle has been affiliated with Meritage Homes for the past three years and has more than 13 years of sales executive experience.
