TAMPA - Sun Development and Management Group of Indianapolis has opened the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott on a 2.5-acre site at the Tampa Palms Professional Center, located in Tampa Palms on Commerce Center Blvd. off Bruce B. Downs Blvd.
