Del Webb Orlando to Host Grand Opening Jan. 28 to Unveil New Model Park with Five New Homes and Sales Center

ORLANDO, Fla. – Del Webb Orlando, the award-winning active adult community located on Ridgewood Lakes Blvd. in Davenport just south of Orlando, will host a Grand Opening on Saturday, Jan. 28 to unveil its new model park and sales center.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb’s North Florida Division, said Del Webb plans to unveil five new model homes and eight new floor plans that feature larger rooms, gourmet kitchens and optional second stories.

Strickler said grand opening events from 1 to 4 p.m. will include tours of the Montecito clubhouse the new model homes and the sales center. A live band will perform throughout the event and refreshments will be served

New model homes in Del Webb’s classic series range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 2,931 square feet, priced from the $160s.

New classic series homes come with a unique feature: the option to add a bonus second floor with media and guest rooms designed to accommodate visiting family and friends.
