M/I Homes’ Estuary at St. Johns in Sanford is Underway

SANFORD – M/I Homes has started development of its newest Central Florida community – Estuary at St. Johns –located on Orange Ave. less than one-half mile from Orange Creek in East Seminole County.

The five floor plans offered in the single-family home community will range from 1,610 square feet of living space for the Markham model to nearly 3,000 square feet for the Halifax, according to David Byrnes, M/I Homes’ Area President.

Home prices in the intimate community of only 65 lots are expected to range from $290,000 to $400,000, Byrnes said, adding that sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2020.

Estuary at St. Johns is aptly named for its beautiful location along one of the many tributaries of the upper St. Johns River,” Byrnes said. “And, with unique plant and animal communities, it’s no wonder that the St. Johns is the most significant recreational river in Florida and the Bass Fishing Capital of the World.”
