NAI REALVEST NAMES SENIOR DIRECTOR

Arnaldo Oliveras

ORLANDO -- NAI Realvest, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Orlando has named Arnaldo Oliveras, MBA, CLS, as Senior Director.

Patrick Mahoney, President and CEO of NAI Realvest, said Oliveras has an extensive and versatile background in commercial real estate and his career spans more than 15 years.

He is currently the managing partner and principal of NAI Puerto Rico and will retain that position in tandem with his new role at NAI Realvest specializing in acquisitions, development, representation of local and national retailers and restaurants, and landlord representation in both the retail and office sectors.

NAI Puerto Rico was previously known as Space Mart Retail and Retail Solutions and he has held the principal role since 2009. Prior to joining Space Mart, Oliveras was an associate at Developers Diversified Realty specializing in leasing and collections.

A licensed real estate broker in Florida and Puerto Rico, Oliveras holds an MBA in Global Management and is a licensed instructor of commercial real estate and public speaker.

His professional memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers, CCIM Institute, Orlando Economic Partnership, Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando and the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce.

His awards and recognitions include Caribbean Business People to Watch 2012-2014; Companies in Motion 2011-2013; 40 Under 40 in 2011 and Caribbean Business Influential Business Men 2011-2017.
