Meritage Homes names David Brown Land Development Manager

ORLANDO, Fla. – Meritage Homes has named David Brown land development manager.

Brian Kittle, vice president of sales said Brown is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds degrees in Political Science and Civil Engineering.

Brown and has more than eight years of land development experience and was formerly with Centex/Pulte Homes in Orlando.

Rhodes+Brito Architects Awarded Continuing Service Contract by City of Ocoee to Handle “Key” Architectural Projects

ORLANDO, Fla., --- Rhodes+Brito Architects based in Orlando was recently awarded a continuing services contract to handle architectural projects for the City of Ocoee for construction projects not to exceed $2 million, Ruffin Rhodes, co-founder and partner of the firm reported.

Rhodes+Brito Architects, a full-service architectural firm that opened its offices in downtown Orlando in 1996, specializes in design of public facilities, including schools, airports and courthouses.

Pulte Homes to Unveil Two New Model Homes at Harrison Ranch Feb. 11

PARRISH, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host a grand opening Feb. 11 to showcase its new model park with two new model homes and to introduce ten new floor plans at Harrison Ranch located at 5755 Harrison Ranch Blvd. off U.S. 301 North in Parrish.

Strickler said Pulte Homes will showcase its new Mendoza model home, which features five bedrooms and three baths in 3,242 square feet of living space, and the Atwater model home, with three bedrooms, flex room and two baths in 2,162 square feet of living space.

“With our model park grand opening, we are introducing ten new floor plans in the community as well as new features integrated into the floor plans based on feedback derived from focus groups conducted with homeowners,” said Lyndsey Patterson, director of marketing for Pulte’s North Florida division.

Harrison Ranch features a 6,500 square foot community center with full-time lifestyle director, planned resident events, a state-of-the-art fitness center, junior Olympic-size swimming pool, media/gameroom, tennis courts and children’s playground, Patterson said.
