Lennar opens Stockton Grande model home at Red Tail Golf Club in East Lake County
ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which ranked as the number one home builder in both the Orlando and Tampa Bay markets in 2011, has opened the first model home at Red Tail Golf Club, the region’s premier private golf club community on S.R. 46-A, 1.5 miles north of S.R. 46 just west of Heathrow and Lake Mary in East Lake County.

Small Bay Partners Sell 1,350 Square Foot Warehouse Condominium Unit at Monroe CommerCenter in Sanford
MAITLAND, Fla. --- Small Bay Partners, LLC, whose CommerCenters offer small business users throughout Central Florida affordable industrial warehouse facilities, recently sold a 1,350 square foot warehouse condominium to Sepco Air, Inc., at Monroe CommerCenter IV, located on Church Street off U.S. 17-92 in Sanford.
Sepco Air paid $114,750 for the facility.
