NAI Realvest Negotiates 10-Year Restaurant Sublease for New Barbecue Eatery

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a 10-year lease agreement for the former University Grill space at Suncrest Village, the Publix-anchored shopping center on University Blvd. and Dean Road in southeast Orlando.

NAI Realvest principal Matt Cichocki negotiated the transaction representing the sublessor HurricaneGrill@University, LLC.

The sublessee SWR Companies, LLC, who was represented by Frank Ayers of Realty Capital, leased the 1,500 square foot endcap retail unit located at 10173 University Blvd. to operate a barbecue restaurant under the trade name BubbaQue’s.

Lennar opens Stockton Grande model home at Red Tail Golf Club in East Lake County

Emerson International Negotiates Six Commercial Leases in Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Winter Park

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International, Inc. recently negotiated six commercial lease agreements that total more than 10,300 square feet of office space.

Winston-James’ Aloma Business Center in Winter Park Negotiates Expansion Lease

Winter Park, Fla. --- Winston James Development, based in South Daytona Beach, reports it recently negotiated a lease agreement for an existing tenant who is expanding at Aloma Business Center located on Aloma Avenue in Winter Park.

Winston Schwartz, president of Winston-James Development, Inc., said Applied Behavior, a consulting company that works with students with learning disabilities, increased its facilities from 910 square feet to 1,900 square feet.
