NAI Realvest Unveils Hiring Plan to Meet Demand from Imminent Rebound in Commercial Real Estate, to host Career Night Oct. 25

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest, which ranks as one of the Central Florida region’s largest and most active commercial real estate firms and one of the area’s most active industrial property developers, announced it plans to expand its sales force with new hires.

Patrick Mahoney, president of NAI Realvest, said the company plans to expand aggressively as commercial real estate transaction velocity begins to improve.

NAI Realvest will be conducting the career night Oct. 25 for individuals interested in exploring the opportunities available in joining their Central Florida sales force. Interested applicants should forward a resume to Careers@Realvest.com.

“NAI Realvest has seen numerous cycles in commercial real estate over the last 25 years,” Mahoney said. “The senior agents who comprise our current sales force have more than 200 years of combined experience in the industry, so we are uniquely positioned to leverage that experience by bringing in aggressive new agents who can team up with our seasoned pros,” he said.

As buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants start to re-enter the market, they will need the market knowledge and depth of transactional experience that NAI Realvest is able to provide, Mahoney explained.

NAI Realvest can offer clients access to the global marketplace through the NAI Global Network of more than 350 offices in 55 countries and a sales force of more than 5,000 professionals.

“We’ve studied the market dynamics and have determined that now is the time to enhance our coverage of the Central Florida markets,” Mahoney explained.

“We will begin hiring talented individuals who possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive approach to the business. While some experience in the commercial real estate business would be a plus, it is not necessary because we offer a solid, intensive training program as well as the ability for new agents to learn from an experienced mentor,” he said.

NAI Realvest’s training program takes a comprehensive approach to every facet of the commercial real estate brokerage business, said NAI Realvest senior vice president Dan Colachicco.

“Very few commercial real estate brokerage firms can offer the training and professional growth system that NAI Realvest provides,” Colachicco said.

George Livingston, chairman of NAI Realvest, said the firm’s training program was designed to help young brokers advance their careers quickly.

“Long term success in commercial real estate requires a clear understanding of what works and what doesn’t and the training platform we have implemented supports the new agent so that they can grow their careers as quickly as possible,” Livingston said.
