Del Webb Orlando to Host Free Fall Grand Opening, Cocktail Reception Oct. 22

ORLANDO, Fla. – Del Webb Orlando, the award-winning active adult community located on Ridgewood Lakes Blvd. in Davenport just south of Orlando, will host a Fall Grand Opening reception and tours of the new Montecito Clubhouse on Saturday, Oct. 22.

Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb’s North Florida Division, said the Fall Grand Opening is scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. and will include presentations by the community’s general sales manager, lifestyle director, sales team and residents.

“We’re hosting a free cocktail hour so visitors can meet several of our residents and learn more about the lifestyle available here at Del Webb Orlando,” Strickler said.

“We’re going to showcase our newest amenity, the 30,800 square foot Montecito Clubhouse opened earlier this year where Del Webb Orlando hosts a wide range of educational, recreational and entertainment programs and events, like our Wine and Chill concert series,” he said.
