St. Augustine, Fla. -- Pulte Homes recently held a grand opening to introduce a new model home and five single-family home designs at Village Lakes, its newest St. Augustine community located off U.S. 1 in Palencia - a master-planned community renowned for its abundant amenities.
Pulte’s newly completed, professionally-decorated Eastfield model home is open for touring, according to Tiffani Ferri, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s North Florida division.
The two-story Eastfield with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a loft in 2,687 square feet of living area, showcases some of Pulte’s Life Tested® special features including the Super Owners Suite and Pulte Planning Center®, Ferri said. Life Tested® Homes are built with ideas inspired by customers and designed to best meet their family’s needs.
Pulte is offering five Life Tested® single-family home designs at Village Lakes at Palencia ranging from 1,708 square feet of living area to 3,139 square feet with flexible living spaces and a range of room options and customizing features, priced from the high $200s.
Altogether Pulte plans to build 79 new homes at Village Lakes at Palencia where homeowners will have access to a comprehensive package of amenities including a full service fitness center, 10-court tennis complex, four swimming pools, sport courts and extensive walking and biking trails.
Homeowners will have the option to purchase a golf membership in the upscale Palencia Golf Club.
Village Lakes at Palencia boasts a myriad of shopping and entertainment opportunities within Palencia’s outdoor Village Center. The new neighborhood is walking distance to Palencia Elementary along with a children’s playground and numerous parks throughout the master planned community, which is only minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine.
