Black Tree Consulting Introduces Streamlined, Paperless Real Estate Closing Service, Anticipates Nationwide Realtor Market

ORLANDO, Fla., --- Black Tree Consulting, Inc., an Orlando based real estate technology company, has developed a streamlined, paperless program of residential real estate closing transaction management it expects to become the industry’s gold standard over the next five years.

Henin Homes to Start Construction of Seven Pre-Sold Homes at Riviera Bella

DEBARY, Fla. – Henin Homes will start construction of seven new pre-sold homes before June 1 at Riviera Bella, a luxury home community overlooking the St. John’s River in DeBary.

Jerome Henin, president of Henin Homes and the developer of Riviera Bella, said the seven new homes sold for prices that range from $225,000 to $450,000. The homes range in size from 1,900 square feet of living space to 4,500 square feet. Lennar Starts Construction of Two New Model Homes at Concord Station in Land O’Lakes

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has broken ground on two new model homes at Concord Station, located off S.R. 54 two miles east of Veterans Parkway in Land O’Lakes.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said both new model homes will be ready in July.

The Mayflower model home offers four bedrooms and a loft in 2,529 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.

The Monte Carlo model home offers five bedrooms plus bonus room in 3,210 square feet of living space with a three-car garage.

Lennar is building 85 new homes in the current phase at Concord Station.

New homes at Concord Station are priced from the low $200s.
