Black Tree Consulting Introduces Streamlined, Paperless Real Estate Closing Service, Anticipates Nationwide Realtor Market

ORLANDO, Fla., --- Black Tree Consulting, Inc., an Orlando based real estate technology company, has developed a streamlined, paperless program of residential real estate closing transaction management it expects to become the industry’s gold standard over the next five years.

Michelle Theodoseau, chief operating officer at Black Tree Consulting, said Black Tree’s software and services provide real estate agencies and brokers with an outsourced solution to manage an entire real estate transaction and insure timeliness and legal compliance.

“Our transaction mangers are highly trained real estate professionals who have experience in multiple markets throughout the U.S.,” she explained.

“We have systematized the contract closing process,” she explained.

Theodoseau said real estate agencies and brokers who use her service can free themselves of the laborious process of real estate closing transactions to spend more time meeting their customer needs.

“Black Tree Consulting supports real estate agents, brokers and realty offices nationwide with expert, efficient services that allow them to do what they do best — list and show properties to prospective buyers,” Theodoseau explained.

Currently, Black Tree Consulting serves real estate agencies in Florida and Alabama. Theodoseau said Black Tree’s nationwide market scope, coupled with strong demand for cost-effective professional services in every region, indicates major growth potential over the next five years.

“We expect to grow to come become one of the nation’s largest real estate service agencies in the U.S. over the next five years,” she said.

Black Tree Consulting is a member of the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program in the Central Florida Research Park in East Orange County.
