ORLANDO, Fla. --- Meritage Homes will host a grand opening on Saturday, March 24 to showcase three new single family model homes at Winter Springs Village located on Tuscawilla Road and Alafaya Trail in Winter Springs.
Brian Kittle, vice president of sales for Meritage Homes, said the grand opening event scheduled from noon to 4 p.m. – with a 1 p.m. ribbon cutting with Winter Springs Mayor Charles Lacey – will include Orlando’s premier food trucks, raffles, cupcake decorating and plenty of family fun activities.
Kittle said Meritage Homes named its model homes at Winter Springs Village with a literary flair.
The Browning model home at Winter Springs Village offers four bedrooms and three- and-a-half baths in 2,615 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
The Tennyson model home at Winter Springs Village offers four bedrooms and two- and-a-half baths in 1,940 square feet with a two-car garage.
The Angelou model home with 1,758 square feet offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths with a two car garage.
New homes at Winter Springs Village are priced from the $170s.
