Lennar names Nicole Serafin new home sales consultant
TAMPA, Fla. – Lennar’s Central Florida Division has appointed veteran real estate executive Nicole Serafin new homes sales consultant in the East Hillsborough County region.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, said Serafin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Berkeley College in New York. Her expertise is in real estate administration and a high volume of real estate closings.
She was formerly an associate for Hallmark Homes in New York and for Blackstone Group Invitation Homes in Florida.
Metheny said Serafin has a “solid” background in contracts and title research.
Only Seven Estate Homes Remain for Sale at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples

Devereaux emphasized that all Lennar homes at Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club come with Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: Extras such as granite kitchen countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and tile are all included in the Lennar Homes price.
Membership at the Heritage Bay Golf Club with a 27-hole championship course designed by Gordie Lewis is included with the purchase of every new home.
Heritage Bay amenities also include seven lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with stadium seating for tournaments, a 42,000 square foot two-story clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center and resort style swimming pool.
DiVosta Homes nearing completion of state-of-the-art community Amenity Center at Windsor Park at Abacoa in Jupiter
Jupiter, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes is close to completion of a new 8,300 square foot community amenity center at Windsor Park at Abacoa, located on Indian Creek Parkway between I-95 and Military Trail in Jupiter.
Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta’s South Florida Division, said construction of the amenity center began in February.
The facility, which will open later this fall, includes a resort-style swimming pool, huge community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, catering kitchen, events lawn, fire pit and barbecue grill with outdoor seating.
Five professionally decorated model homes, including two townhomes and three one and two story single family homes are open to visitors daily, Mairn said.

NAI Realvest negotiates $1,002,000 sale price for office/warehouse building, and new lease next door
MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of a 14,500 square foot office warehouse building on one-acre at 521 South Econ Circle in Oviedo.
Paul P. Partyka, managing partner at NAI Realvest represented M&O LP the local seller. The buyer, Brac Racing, a racing parts distributor expanding into larger facilities from a former Longwood location, paid $1,002,000 for the property and was represented in the transaction by Chuck McNulty of McNulty Group
At the same time Partyka represented landlord M&O LP in a lease agreement with Meridian Investment Group Inc. for 6,351 square feet of office/warehouse space at 531 South Econ Circle. The tenant was represented by Roger Owen of Roger Owen Realty.
NAI Realvest Negotiates Two New Office Leases in East Orlando, One boosting occupancy to 100 Percent
ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated two new leases totaling over 3,500 square feet of office space in East Orlando and one mixed-use campus is now fully leased.
Senior Broker-Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM negotiated a lease agreement representing the landlord, Jeden LLC of Maitland for 2,215 square feet in University Center at the Quadrangle, 11825 High Tech Ave. Suite 125. The new local tenant Acudyn was represented in the transaction by Paul Kelly and Andre Savitski of Coughlin Commercial.
West represented the landlord Ripley’s International LLC in a lease agreement for 1,306 square feet at La Vina Marketplace, 9161 Narcoossee Rd. The lease of Suite B-201 to First American Title Company of Santa Ana, Calif. boosts the occupancy at La Vina to 100 percent.
First American was represented by Richard Solik of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc.
