DiVosta Homes nearing completion of state-of-the-art community Amenity Center at Windsor Park at Abacoa in Jupiter

Jupiter, Fla. --- DiVosta Homes is close to completion of a new 8,300 square foot community amenity center at Windsor Park at Abacoa, located on Indian Creek Parkway between I-95 and Military Trail in Jupiter. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for DiVosta’s South Florida Division, said construction of the amenity center began in February. The facility, which will open later this fall, includes a resort-style swimming pool, huge community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, catering kitchen, events lawn, fire pit and barbecue grill with outdoor seating. Five professionally decorated model homes, including two townhomes and three one and two story single family homes are open to visitors daily, Mairn said. DiVosta Homes builds luxury town homes and three, four and five-bedroom luxury single-family homes at Windsor Park at Abacoa in 16 distinctive designs that range in size from 1,499 square feet to over 3,768 square feet priced from under $200,000 to more than $600,000.
