PULTE HOMES TO OPEN NEW COMMUNITY IN FORT MYERS

FORT MYERS, Fla. --- Development is under way at Camden Square, a new community Pulte Homes plans to open next spring at the northeast corner of Plantation Road and Crystal Drive in Fort Myers. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for PulteGroup in south Florida, said Pulte plans to build 96 new homes at Camden Square with lake and preserve views, a gated entry, and a community clubhouse with a heated, resort-style swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness center. Mairn said pricing hasn’t been determined yet, but new homes at Camden Square will range in size from approximately 1,600 square feet of living space to more than 2,500 square feet.
