WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Winston James Development recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 938 square feet at its Aloma Business Center on Aloma Avenue in Winter Park. Winston Schwartz, a president of Winston-James Development, based in South Daytona, said the new tenant is Hair in the Spirit Inc., a beautician school operated by Faye Bailey.

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 885 square feet of office space in Suite 185 at 2200 Lucien Way fronting I-4 in Maitland Center. Tom R. ORLANDO, Fla. -- M/I Homes has only seven homesites remaining for sale at The Estates at Wekiva Park, located off SR 46, east of the Wekiva River in North Seminole County. David Byrnes, president of M/I Homes in Florida, said M/I Homes is offering four, five and six bedroom homes at The Estates at Wekiva Park, priced from $452,990 to $910,000. New homes at The Estates at Wekiva Park range in size from 3,005 square feet of living space to 5,213 square feet, Byrnes said. M/I Homes has one decorated model home available for viewing at The Estates at Wekiva Park. Four ready-to-move-in homes are under construction, Byrnes said. One of the homes, which will be completed in March, has five bedrooms and four baths in 4,329 square feet of living space with a three-car garage on an oversized wooded lot, and is priced at $573,250.
