M/I Homes has only seven home sites remaining for sale at The Estates at Wekiva Park in N. Seminole County

ORLANDO, Fla. -- M/I Homes has only seven homesites remaining for sale at The Estates at Wekiva Park, located off SR 46, east of the Wekiva River in North Seminole County. David Byrnes, president of M/I Homes in Florida, said M/I Homes is offering four, five and six bedroom homes at The Estates at Wekiva Park, priced from $452,990 to $910,000. New homes at The Estates at Wekiva Park range in size from 3,005 square feet of living space to 5,213 square feet, Byrnes said. M/I Homes has one decorated model home available for viewing at The Estates at Wekiva Park. Four ready-to-move-in homes are under construction, Byrnes said. One of the homes, which will be completed in March, has five bedrooms and four baths in 4,329 square feet of living space with a three-car garage on an oversized wooded lot, and is priced at $573,250.
