Riviera Bella on the St. Johns River Offering incentives worth up to $14,000 on sales of new luxury homes

DeBary, Fla. --- Henin Homes is offering incentives now through the end of March worth up to $14,000 on sales of new homes at Riviera Bella, the luxury community that overlooks the St. Johns River in DeBary. Jerome Henin, president of The Henin Group, said incentives include up to $7,000 worth of designer options, from bonus rooms to outdoor kitchens to luxury appliances; free closing costs of up to $5,000 and first-year Home Owners Association dues. Henin said steeply discounted pricing is available on three ready-to-move-in luxury homes at Riviera Bella that range in size from 2,354 square feet of living space to 2,850 square feet. The three and four-bedroom homes are priced from $324,900.
