NAI Realvest Negotiates $1.250 Million Sale of Ormond Beach subdivision approved for 192 single-family homes

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of 156 acres located at Pineland Trail and Airport Road in Ormond Beach for $1,250,000. Chris Butera, investment associate at NAI Realvest who brokered the transaction said the property known as the Pineland subdivision has been entitled for 192 single-family residential lots. The buyer is Ormond Pineland LLC of Holly Hill and the seller, represented by Butera, is Fort Lauderdale based Tiger Investment Group, Inc.
