Del Webb Southshore Falls to Host Comedian Rick Chapman Saturday, Jan. 26, 5k Walk & Brunch Jan. 12
APOLLO BEACH, Fla. --- Del Webb Southshore Falls in Apollo Beach will host an evening with comedian Rick Chapman starting at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26 in the Wellspring Clubhouse at Del Webb Southshore Falls.

NAI Realvest Negotiates $1.250 Million Sale of Ormond Beach subdivision approved for 192 single-family homes
MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of 156 acres located at Pineland Trail and Airport Road in Ormond Beach for $1,250,000.
Chris Butera, investment associate at NAI Realvest who brokered the transaction said the property known as the Pineland subdivision has been entitled for 192 single-family residential lots.
The buyer is Ormond Pineland LLC of Holly Hill and the seller, represented by Butera, is Fort Lauderdale based Tiger Investment Group, Inc.
Royal Oak Homes to unveil 16 Move-In Ready Homes in Clermont, St. Cloud
CLERMONT, Fla. --- Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, is putting the finishing touches on 16 ready-to-move-in single family homes that will open during the first quarter of 2013.
Most of the homes will be located at Vista Grand and Barrington Estates, both in Clermont and at Mallard Pond in St. Cloud.
Matt Orosz, co-president at Royal Oak Homes, said the new homes at Vista Grand from Royal Oak’s Legacy Series of model homes are priced from the low $200s and feature oversized kitchens, open floor plans, large master suites and luxury appointments such as 42-inch cabinets, launch zones, and ceramic tile floors.
New three, four and five bedroom homes at Barrington Estates are priced from the $150s, Orosz said.
Three to five bedroom homes are priced from the $150s in Royal Oak’s Academy Series of model homes at Mallard Pond and range from 1,695 square feet of living space to over 3,000 square feet.
Royal Oak Homes is building single family homes priced from the $150s to the $300s in 10 Central Florida communities.
