Stirling Sotheby's Int'l Realty closes cash sale of Windermere property to Brazilian buyer for $1.125 million

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty recently closed on the $1.125 million cash sale of a four bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury home overlooking Lake Robert at Waterford Pointe in Windermere.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said International Luxury Home Specialist Benjiman Hillman negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, who lives in New Zealand.

The buyer, who currently lives in Brazil, made an offer on the property only 42 days after Hillman listed it. “I had the home staged by Show Homes and was still in the process of arranging professional photography and video when the buyer made contact,” said Hillman.

Hillman said the sale of the 7,344 square foot home took 72 days total from listing to closing the sale at over 95 percent of the list price.

NAI Realvest Negotiates Lease Agreement for 11,600 square feet of Industrial Space at Poinciana CommerCenter West in Kissimmee

Michael Heidrich, a principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Maitland-based Poinciana CommerCenter West, LLC.

The tenant, Deeja Foods, Inc. leased another one of the largest spaces at Poinciana CommerCenter West. Earlier this year Deeja, represented by Jean Badley of Overton Realty, also leased 13,600 square feet at 1770 Business Center Lane in Poinciana CommerCenter West.
