InternEdge President Plays Starring Role at Sixth Annual Millennial Mega MashUP Event in Miami

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Adam Singh, President of InternEdge in Orlando, played a starring role at the sixth annual Millennial Mega MashUP Event (http://www.internedge.com/millennial-mega-mashup) in Miami recently.

As a keynote speaker at the event, Singh shared the dais with some of the biggest names in youth culture, including Robert D'Onofrio of FACEBOOK; MTV's Nick Shore; Comedy Central's Chanon Cook; Vince Voron of the Coca-Cola Company; Andrew Slack of the Harry Potter Alliance; Neil Howe of Lifecourse Associates, who coined the term “Millennials,” Drake Doremus, Director of the Sundance award-winning film Like Crazy, and David Levithan, editor of The Hunger Games.

Singh spoke about how companies can attract top millennial talent with three main resources: social media, new research on behaviors and emotional triggers found in Ypulse’s recently published survey and insights report on Millennials, “Education, Employment, and Finances;,” and a sharp focus on the Return on Investment generated by recruitment marketing tactics strategies.

“Millennials include 100 million consumers born between 1982 and 2004,” Singh said. “They include tweens, teens, collegians, young adults and contemporary families with purchasing power of more than $730 billion.”

The sixth annual Millennial Mega MashUP Event, presented by IIR USA in partnership with Ypulse, is a conference designed to help participants better align their market efforts to Millennials, Singh said.

“The Millennial Mega MashUP redefines not just who Millennials are, but what they are becoming and what this means for brands and businesses that hope to appeal to them,” Singh explained.
