Lennar to Host G’day Gala at Heritage Isle in Viera with Boomerangs, Billy Tea, Steaks and Chicken On The Barbie

VIERA, Fla. --- Lennar Homes will host the G’Day Gala Australian-themed open house event on Saturday, Feb. 26 at the Welcome Home Center at Heritage Isle in Viera, located at 6611 Ringold St. in Melbourne off Wickham Rd. and Legacy Blvd.

Voted the “Best 55+ Community” by the readers of Florida Today, gated Heritage Isle at Viera features villa homes priced from the high $120s and single-family homes with golf course views priced from the high $100s.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the event is free and open to the public.

“We are serving up steaks and chicken on the barbie, Billy Tea in a keepsake cup, and giving away a free boomerang to our first 50 guests,” Metheny said.
