Ashton Woods Homes opens Four-bedroom Model Home at Citrus Park Place in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. --- Ashton Woods Homes has opened a new single-family model home at Citrus Park Place, a new community of 34 home sites located off Gunn Highway north of Citrus Park mall in northwest Hillsborough County.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in Tampa, said the new model home offers 2,506 square feet of living space and features four oversized bedrooms, plus den, two-and-a-half baths, formal living and dining rooms, open kitchen, covered lanai and a two-car garage.

New three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at Citrus Park Place are priced from $179,900, Roche said.

Melrose Sovereign Companies Named by Hampton Hills Town Homes in Lakeland as its Management Agency

Mattamy Homes U.S. Group Starts Presales of Town Homes Priced from the $160s at Tuscany Place near Mall at Millennia

ORLANDO - Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, has started presales of 114 new three-bedroom town homes priced from the $160s at Tuscany Place, located on Millennia Boulevard and Fiorazante Avenue near the Mall at Millennia in southwest Orlando.

BDG Construction Services awarded interior build-out contract for medical office facility in Kissimmee

WINTER SPRINGS - BDG Construction Services, LLC, a Winter Springs-based general contractor, was recently awarded a contract to build out the interior of a medical office facility located at Florida Hospital in Kissimmee, 2400 N. Orange Blossom Trail.

Kevin Guffee, a principal at BDG Construction said Lillibridge, a Texas-based developer of medical office and healthcare facilities with properties totaling more than 5.7 million square feet of space in 16 states, awarded the contract.

Celebration Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Institute will occupy the facility when it opens in the spring.

BDG Construction Services builds and renovates a variety of properties including retail shopping centers, office buildings, and public facilities.
