ORLANDO - Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, has started presales of 114 new three-bedroom town homes priced from the $160s at Tuscany Place, located on Millennia Boulevard and Fiorazante Avenue near the Mall at Millennia in southwest Orlando.
Steve Parker, President of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, (www.mattamyhomes.com) said new town homes at Tuscany Place range in size from 1,500 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet with one and two-car garages.
Parker said Mattamy Homes U.S. Group will start presales of two model town homes and 18 ready-to-move-in town homes in January.
