Lincoln Property Company Completes Multi-Year Office and Flex Leases for Expanding Enterprises at SunTech Commerce Park

LAKE MARY / ORLANDO,  Fla. – Lincoln Property Company, a full service commercial real estate firm, completed two long-term lease agreements totaling more than 9,308 rentable square feet at Lake Mary’s SunTech Commerce Park.
Sean DuPree CCIM, Broker at Lincoln Property Company, negotiated both transactions representing RCS-Suntech, LLC of Louisville, CO., landlord for the six building, office /flex campus. 
Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is the new tenant in the 55 Skyline Drive building.  The leading U.S. provider of residential and commercial pest control leased 5,971 square feet of office/flex space for its expanding regional operations.  
The new tenant in the 41 Skyline Drive building is Nectars Pet, Inc., an expanding pet food distributor who leased 3,337 square feet.
DuPree handles the leasing on behalf of the owner of SunTech Commerce Park with a total of 224,358 rentable square feet.
