TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar has started construction of a seven bedroom home with a bonus room at Ayersworth, located off U.S. 301 south of Big Bend Road near Riverview in Hillsborough County.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the 4,054 square foot Himalayan also includes a gameroom, loft, four bathrooms and a three-car garage.
Altogether, Lennar plans to build 121 new single-family homes at Ayersworth priced from the mid-$100s on 60 and 70 foot home sites.

Cotter Ryan Commercial relocating to Heathrow
LONGWOOD, Fla. --- Cotter Ryan Commercial LLC will relocate its headquarters from Longwood to new offices at Savannah Park at Heathrow the week of Oct. 15.
Scott Ryan, founder and president of Cotter Ryan Commercial LLC, said the new 6,000 square foot office suite is part of at 20,000 square foot building Cotter Ryan developed.
Cotter Ryan will lease the remaining space in the building and is now negotiating with several major corporations for the space.
