Ryland Homes to open new model home in October at Alsace, one mile east of Collier Parkway in Pasco County

TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes will open its Siesta model home in October at Alsace, Ryland’s newest gated community is in the Tampa Bay area, located off Hale Rd. one mile east of Collier Parkway in Pasco County.

Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Ryland recently acquired 18 estate style home sites at Alsace, where new single family homes will be priced from the $200,000s.

“Alsace is a small gated community of just 18 new estate style homes in a very desirable location in Pasco County, and we expect all 18 new homes to sell before spring,” Crimi said.

The Siesta model, with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, offers more than 3,000 square feet of living space with a three-car garage.

Tolaris Homes named a Preferred Builder at RedTail Golf Club Community in Lake County

SANFORD, Fla. --- Tolaris Homes, which builds luxury custom homes throughout Central Florida, was recently named a “Preferred Builder” at RedTail, a luxury gated golf community located in Sorrento off SR 46 in Lake County.

Lennar to open Ayersworth in Southshore with new homes priced from the $160s

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division plans to build 121 new single family homes priced from the $160s at Ayersworth, its newest residential community, located off U.S. 301 and Big Bend Road in the Southshore area.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said presales of new homes on 60 and 70 foot home sites at Ayersworth will begin in late-September.

Celebration Golf Academy Student Wins First Pro Tourney Days After Her Lesson in the new Teaching Center

CELEBRATION, Fla. --- One of the students at Celebration Golf Club’s Ping nFlight Fitting and Teaching Center won her first professional golf tournament.

Kenny Nairn, Scottish PGA golf professional and executive vice president of golf at Celebration Golf Management, said student golfer Jacqui Concolino of Orlando led the Suncoast Ladies Series tournament field at Reunion Resort Golf Course with a 69, 65 and 65 to finish 17 under par---a new SCL record for 54 holes---just two days after her lesson in the new teaching studio at the golf academy.

“Jacqui Concolino is a superb young golfer but the state-of-the-art technology we now have in our new studios propelled her to win,” Nairn said.
