TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes will open its Siesta model home in October at Alsace, Ryland’s newest gated community is in the Tampa Bay area, located off Hale Rd. one mile east of Collier Parkway in Pasco County.
Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Ryland recently acquired 18 estate style home sites at Alsace, where new single family homes will be priced from the $200,000s.
“Alsace is a small gated community of just 18 new estate style homes in a very desirable location in Pasco County, and we expect all 18 new homes to sell before spring,” Crimi said.
The Siesta model, with five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, offers more than 3,000 square feet of living space with a three-car garage.
