Henin Signature Homes Starts Construction of Five Bedroom Luxury Home at Riviera Bella in DeBary

DEBARY, Fla. – Henin Signature Homes, a division of the Henin Group, has started construction of a pre-sold five bedroom home at Riviera Bella, on the St. Johns River in DeBary.

Jerome Henin, founder and president of Henin Group said the home, which is Henin Signature Home’s Annabella floorplan, offers five bedrooms, four baths and 4,400 square feet of living space.

The luxury home is priced at $400,000.

Ryland Homes Opens New Key West Model Town Home at Copperstone in Parrish

TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes has opened a new model town home in early June at Copperstone, located at 11410 81st St. off Moccasin Wallow Rd. west of U.S. 301 in Parrish.

Altogether, Ryland Homes plans to build 54 new two- and three-bedroom town homes at Copperstone that range in size from 1,399 square feet of living space to 1,551 square feet.

Crossman & Company’s Richard Crotty Earns Life Group Leadership Legacy Award and James B. Greene Award

Mattamy Homes U.S. Group Reports Sales of 203 New Homes for $48 Million in Biggest Quarter since 2005

WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, reports it sold 203 new homes in the Orlando, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Minneapolis / St. Paul and Phoenix markets during its second quarter which ended May 31.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, said the sales totaled more than $48 million.

“Our second quarter sales were the highest for a single quarter since 2005,” Parker said.

Mattamy Homes U.S. Group sold 80 homes that totaled more than $21 million in May, Parker added.

The home builder’s Orlando division sold 18 homes during May for a dollar volume of more than $5 million.
