Jerome Henin, founder and president of Henin Group said the home, which is Henin Signature Home’s Annabella floorplan, offers five bedrooms, four baths and 4,400 square feet of living space.
The luxury home is priced at $400,000.

Henin Signature Homes to Host Realtor Showcase June 16 at Riviera Bella in DeBary
DeBary, Fla. --- Henin Signature Homes will host a Realtor Showcase from 4 to 6 p.m. on June 16 to showcase the Turino model home at Riviera Bella, the luxury community Henin Group is developing on the St. Johns River in DeBary.
Jerome Henin, founder and president of the Henin Group, said he plans to unveil the new decorated Turino model home at that time.
The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath luxury home offers 3,577 square feet with a two-car garage priced from $282,000 on the water.
Henin said Henin Signature Homes will host a public grand opening to showcase the Turino model on Saturday June 18 with refreshments and prizes.

All three model homes are ready for move-in, Henin said.

DEBARY - Riviera Bella on the St. Johns River in DeBary is promising local area realtors special treats at a Realtor Preview Reception scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 12 to showcase two new luxury homes at Riviera Bella priced under $200,000.
Jerome Henin, president of Riviera Bella developer, Henin Group, said free food and drinks will be provided and participating realtors will be entered into a drawing to give away steak dinners at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Fleming’s Steak House.
The Realtor Reception is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m.
Riviera Bella is offering an added one percent to the bonus commission for any realtor who closes on the sale of a new home at Riviera Bella before Aug. 31, Henin said.
On Saturday, Aug 14, Riviera Bella will host a public grand opening to showcase the two new ready-to-move-in homes --. The Geneva with 1,610 square feet of living space and The Anna with 1,903 square feet.
Both homes are priced below $200,000 and ready for immediate move-in, Henin said.

Henin Group Sells Harbor Walk Condominium Property in Virginia Beach for $4.8 Million
ORLANDO, Fla. – The Henin Group, based in Orlando, developers of Riviera Bella luxury community on the St. Johns River in DeBary, recently sold Harbor Walk condominiums in Virginia Beach, Va. for $4.8 million.
Jerome Henin, founder and president of the Henin Group, said Franciscus Homes, which develops single-family homes and condominiums in six communities in the Virginia Beach /Norfolk area, acquired the remaining development sites that accommodate 156 new condominiums at Harbor Walk.
Originally planned to include 237 condominiums, Harbor Walk started development in 2003. The Henin Group assumed control of the property in 2007.
