Lennar Appoints Jan Lucas New Home Sales Associate at Bahia Lakes in Ruskin

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, recently named Jan Lucas a new home sales associate in the Tampa region.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lucas has more than five years of experience in new home sales. Lucas will sell new homes at Bahia Lakes in Ruskin.

Meritage Homes Opens two new communities in Apopka

ORLANDO, Fla. – Meritage Homes has opened and presales are underway at two new communities in Apopka.

Brian Kittle, director of sales for Meritage Homes in the Orlando region, said Meritage plans to build 19 homes at Quail Estates located off Vick Road in Apopka. New single-family homes by Meritage ranging from 2,700 square feet of living space to 5,070 square feet will be priced from $226,990 at Quail Estates.

At White Jasmine, located off Welch Road, Meritage Homes has 19 home sites for new single-family homes priced from the mid-$200s. Homes will range from 2,841 square feet of living space to 5,070 square feet.

Meritage Homes at both Quail Estates and White Jasmine will offer four to eight bedroom designs, Kittle said.

Ryland Homes Opens New Model Townhome at Lenox Overlook in Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. --- Ryland Homes, a leading home builder in the Atlanta area, recently opened the Clairmont, a new model at Lenox Overlook, its private, gated townhome community on Buford Highway in North Atlanta one-half mile east of I-85.

SeaGate Homes Opens West Indies-Style Model at Palm Coast Model Center

PALM COAST – SeaGate Homes, Flagler County’s largest homebuilder, recently opened The Sabal model at a new Palm Coast Model Center located on the corner of Bayside Drive and Belle Terre Parkway.

Del Webb Stone Creek in Ocala to Host a Fall Grand Opening Oct. 15
