Henin Signature Homes Broker Open House March 3 to Unveil Three Model Homes, Four Percent Commissions at Riviera Bella in DeBary
Jerome Henin, founder and president of the Henin Group, said the three luxury model homes represent Henin Signature Homes’ smarter luxury home design theme, priced from the mid-$100s.
All three model homes are ready for move-in, Henin said.
The Turino model home offers five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths in 3,057 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
The Elisa model home, with 1,868 square feet of living space, features four bedrooms and two baths with a two-car garage.
The Anna model home offers four bedrooms and two baths in 1,980 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
Henin said food, beverages and entertainment will be available at the Broker Open House in Riviera Bella at 108 Verde Way, DeBary, Fla. 32713
Henin plans to give away a wide range of prizes during the event. Admission is free to Realtors and real estate brokers.

Henin Signature Homes Starts Construction of Two New Luxury Ready-To-Move-In Homes at Riveria Bella in DeBary
Jerome Henin, founder and president of the Henin Group, said both homes will be available for sale and ready-to-move-in by April.
One home, with four bedrooms and two baths in 1,868 square feet of living space, offers a two car garage priced from $187,900.
The other ready-to-move-in home offers five bedrooms and three baths in 3,570 square feet of living space priced from $259,900 with a two car garage.

Riviera Bella in DeBary to host Realtor Event Aug. 12 to showcase two new luxury homes priced under $200,000
Jerome Henin, president of Riviera Bella developer, Henin Group, said free food and drinks will be provided and participating realtors will be entered into a drawing to give away steak dinners at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Fleming’s Steak House.
The Realtor Reception is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m.
Riviera Bella is offering an added one percent to the bonus commission for any realtor who closes on the sale of a new home at Riviera Bella before Aug. 31, Henin said.
On Saturday, Aug 14, Riviera Bella will host a public grand opening to showcase the two new ready-to-move-in homes --. The Geneva with 1,610 square feet of living space and The Anna with 1,903 square feet.
Both homes are priced below $200,000 and ready for immediate move-in, Henin said.

Henin to Start Construction of Seven New Smaller, Smarter Luxury Home Designs at Riviera Bella in Debary
Jerome Henin, founder and principal of the Henin Group developer of Riviera Bella, said the new Henin Smart Series of designer homes will range in size from 2,000 square feet of living space to 2,600 square feet in a Mediterranean style with tile roofs and green energy-saving design and construction.
“The Henin Smart Series of luxury homes focus on energy efficient design and engineering that substantially lowers energy costs and reduces the home’s energy footprint,” Henin said.
Henin Signature Homes will start construction in April of two ready-to-move-in homes with the new smaller, smarter designs, Henin said.

Henin Group Sells Harbor Walk Condominium Property in Virginia Beach for $4.8 Million
Jerome Henin, founder and president of the Henin Group, said Franciscus Homes, which develops single-family homes and condominiums in six communities in the Virginia Beach /Norfolk area, acquired the remaining development sites that accommodate 156 new condominiums at Harbor Walk.
Originally planned to include 237 condominiums, Harbor Walk started development in 2003. The Henin Group assumed control of the property in 2007.

Henin Signature Homes introduces smaller, smarter, more affordable luxury custom homes later this year
Jerome Henin, president of the Henin Group, said Henin Signature Homes is re-engineering its Premium and Signature Series homes to meet new market demands.
“We are building luxury homes for today’s American families,” Henin said. “When the baby boom began, the average new home sold in the U.S. offered just 950 square feet and families typically had more children than today,” Henin said.
Henin said Henin Signature Homes will offer three-bedroom, two-bath Premium Series luxury homes that range from 1,500 square feet of living space to 2,600 square feet with two-car garages.
Pricing the new Designer Series homes will be key, Henin said. Premium series homes will start from the $200s.
The Henin Group has 87 home sites available for sale at Riviera Bella.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Agent Sells former DeBary Italian Restaurant to Couple with a Taste for the Far East
DEBARY – A DeBary dining fixture – that for more than 35 years has specialized in everything from seafood to Italian cuisine – has been sold and is undergoing renovations that will transform it into a Chinese restaurant.
Karen Burgess, a Coldwell Banker Commercial AI Group associate, said the 4,376-square-foot building at 54 South U.S. Highway 17-92 in DeBary recently was sold to Jie Chao Huang and Qing Qing Haung of Deltona for $285,000.
The sellers were Allen C. Woodruff and Han M. Woodruff of Lake Mary, according to Burgess, who represented both parties.
Burgess said Won’s Restaurant – which most recently was an Italian restaurant named Bella Vita – is expected to open in the next few months after a remodeling project is completed.
