ORLANDO, Fla. - Henin Signature Homes, which builds luxury custom homes at Riviera Bella on the St. John’s River in DeBary, plans to build smaller, smarter luxury custom homes that offer greater energy efficiency, more luxury lifestyle and lower pricing.
Jerome Henin, president of the Henin Group, said Henin Signature Homes is re-engineering its Premium and Signature Series homes to meet new market demands.
“We are building luxury homes for today’s American families,” Henin said. “When the baby boom began, the average new home sold in the U.S. offered just 950 square feet and families typically had more children than today,” Henin said.
Henin said Henin Signature Homes will offer three-bedroom, two-bath Premium Series luxury homes that range from 1,500 square feet of living space to 2,600 square feet with two-car garages.
Pricing the new Designer Series homes will be key, Henin said. Premium series homes will start from the $200s.
The Henin Group has 87 home sites available for sale at Riviera Bella.

Lennar Reports Sales of 10 Villas and Executive Homes in Four Weeks at Bella Terra in Estero
ESTERO, Fla. - Lennar’s Southwest Florida division reported it sold 10 new villas and executive homes during a recent four-week period at Bella Terra, the master planned resort style community located off Corkscrew Rd. east of I-75 in Estero.

Jerome Henin, president of the Henin Group, said the firm will be the principal home builder in a new neighborhood with 87 ready-to-be-built homesites at Riviera Bella.
