DEBARY, Fla. – Henin Homes will start construction of seven new pre-sold homes before June 1 at Riviera Bella, a luxury home community overlooking the St. John’s River in DeBary.
Jerome Henin, president of Henin Homes and the developer of Riviera Bella, said the seven new homes sold for prices that range from $225,000 to $450,000. The homes range in size from 1,900 square feet of living space to 4,500 square feet. Special features include water and conservation home sites, natural gas, tile roofs, paver driveways, and Olde World architectural finishes.
Henin said 18 home sites remain for sale at Riviera Bella where new homes are priced from the $190s to more than $500,000.
