Legends Golf Club welcomes nine-hole golfers, also offers great summer league play options

CLERMONT, Fla. --- Legends Golf Club is participating in the national golf campaign, Time for Nine, a multifaceted program sponsored by the PGA of America and the USGA. Jay Scruggs, general manager at Legends Golf Club, said he’s very excited about the venture and having support from the largest organizations in the golf industry. “As part of this new campaign, Legends Golf Club will make every effort to accommodate golfers who only have time for, or simply prefer to play nine holes of golf.” Scruggs said. “It’s a struggle at times for golfers to find a course that promotes nine holes of golf. Many courses don’t even offer a nine-hole rate. We’re pleased to offer a variety of nine-hole rates and leagues,” he added. In addition to being part of the Time for Nine program, which promotes standard nine-hole rates throughout the day, Legends Golf Club also offers several leagues throughout the year including a weekly Men’s League, Ladies’ League, as well as a Nine & Dine.
