Legends Golf Club partners with charitable organizations, program is off to a great start

CLERMONT, Fla. --- Legends Golf Club recently started a fundraising initiative that so far has seen tremendous success. They collected over $300 in the first week. Jay Scruggs, general manager at Legends Golf Club, chose to partner with Fairways for Warriors because of their close ties to the golf industry. “Fairways for Warriors will provide support to disabled active military service personnel and veterans by using golf instruction and playing golf. Our goal is to help with physical and emotional rehabilitation of our country’s injured service personnel,” according to the foundation’s mission statement. Legends Golf Club frequently works with charitable organizations. “Due to our ideal location and exceptional customer service, we have become a first choice option for many charity golf tournaments.” Scruggs said. “We are very excited about our continued support of this and other local charities,” he added Visit www.cgmgolfproperties.com.
