Ryland Homes Names Fred Bricketto Land Manager for the Charleston S.C. Region

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Ryland Homes has named Fred Bricketto land manager for the Charleston and Myrtle Beach regions in South Carolina.

Don McDonough, division president for Ryland Homes in Charleston said Bricketto, who attended Georgia Southern University, has more than 25 years of experience in land development and acquisition.

Bricketto was most recently a broker with Carolina Land Realty in Charleston. He is licensed by South Carolina Homebuilders and holds a Real Estate Broker’s license from the state.

“Land development is a critical factor in delivering quality new homes in quality neighborhoods,” said McDonough. “It’s one way we can control costs and deliver more value to our home buyers,” he said. “Fred is a great addition to our team,” he added.

Ryland Homes currently builds single family and townhomes in 10 communities throughout the Charleston-Myrtle Beach region.
