Lennar to unveil “Super Home” Series throughout Tampa Bay priced at eye-opening $59 per square foot

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar plans to unveil its new “Super Home” series of homes this month in some 15 Tampa Bay area communities.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the new “Super Homes” will be priced at an eye-opening average of $59 per square foot. Currently, new home sales prices in the Tampa Bay region average about $99 per square foot, Metheny said.
