ICI Homes to Showcase Two New Models July 23 at Chelsea Place in Ormond Beach

New three and four bedroom homes at Chelsea Place range from 1,762 square feet of living area to 3,031 square feet in 14 distinctive floor plans priced from $250,900 to $312,000.
