M/I Homes opening last phase at Wekiva Run

LAKE MARY, Fla. – M/I Homes has opened the final phase at Wekiva Run located off Ponkan Road and S.R. 441 in Northwest Orlando. David Byrnes, area president for M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said new three to six bedroom homes in the last phase will range from 2,425 square feet of living area to 5,200 square feet with prices starting from $259,990 to $379,990.
