Lennar to Open Two New Model Homes in August at Heritage Isle in Melbourne

MELBOURNE, Fla. --- Lennar will open two new model homes in late August at Heritage Isle, the award-winning active adult community located in Viera adjacent to Melbourne’s Duran Golf Club.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the Ascot model home offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,779 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $207,990.

The Kennedy model home offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,267 square feet of living space with a three-car garage priced from $240,990.

Metheny said both new model homes are located in the newest phase at Heritage Isle where Lennar is building Villa, Manor and Estate Homes priced from the $130s.

Heritage Isle is a 475-acre community that features village parks, lakes and pedestrian bridges, along with the largest community clubhouse in Brevard County.

The 21,000 square foot Heritage Isle Club is home to the Heritage Café, open six days a week, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with personal trainers.
