TAMPA, Fla. -- Pulte Homes will open Bonvida, its newest residential community in the Tampa Bay region in August with new single-family homes priced from the mid $100s.
Sean Strickler, vice president of sales, for Pulte Homes in the Tampa Bay area, said Bonvida ---the word means “Good Life”--- will offer 50-foot to70-foot wide home sites.
Pulte will build three to six-bedroom single-family homes at Bonvida in five different designs that range in size from 2,162 square feet of living space to 3,476 square feet with two and three-car garages.
Strickler added that Pulte Homes has 63 homesites available at Bonvida which is located off Hwy 60 at Valrico and Landside Roads in Valrico, an area with top-rated schools.
“Bonvida was developed without CDD bonds, meaning no additional monthly CDD expenses, and Bonvida is in a convenient location with good schools,” Strickler said. “We are excited to build Bonvida and provide one of the best values in Tampa,” he added.
Bonvida features its own community passive park for kids and families to enjoy at their leisure.
