TAMPA, Fla. --- More than 70 potential home buyers participated in the recent grand opening of two new Centex model homes at Magnolia Park, 9306 Blueberry Ash Circle off Progress Blvd. and Falkenburg Rd., west of U.S. 301 in Riverview.
Sean C. Strickler, vice president of sales for PulteGroup in the North Florida region, said Centex is now showcasing two new model homes at Magnolia Park.
Centex Homes offers 16 single-family and townhome designs at Magnolia Park priced from the mid-$90s to mid $200s.
Magnolia Park features two tropical pools and cabanas along with two children’s playgrounds, basketball court, gated access at all entries, wetland preserves, parks and will soon include another new pool amenity with an arbor.
